Alright. I'll be honest. This isn't the most enjoyable thread I've posted. But I want to make a move that I think will suit both the Naturals and BBB8 best. This is the official "End of the Naturals/Turtles drama" thread. At least on my end. So here's my proposal....
1. Krunchy - I respect your team. It's obvious that you have a great team. I thought we had put things to rest until things were brought up in a thread last season. But from this point forward, I don't care to go back and forth. I think it gets old and devalues both teams.
2. Moo45 - Good GM. He said she said as to what happened last year. I'm going by what my guy said, you go by what you said. Either way I'm sure both sides were a little slanted. So, at this point.... who cares? Let's put it to rest.
3. Naturals players - Drop it
4. Understand that I have a very active team. My guys love playing for the Naturals and they're proud of this team. My strategy is different than a lot of teams on here and most can't see that. Although we "underachieved" in some people's eyes the last two seasons, my strategy takes 3 to 4 seasons to play out. This could be a great year for us but the way I'm building this team, next season will be the year it all comes together. Do I hope we win a championship? Sure, just like everyone else. My guys will say they think we're the best team because they believe it. Arrogant? Sure. I'll give you that. But I wouldn't say over the top. Especially when enticed by being called under achievers by other coaches and GMs, unprovoked. At least they're active and that's why they play for me.
I say all that to say this. I don't care how this thread is taken. Some may appreciate it and others may take a jab here and there. Doesn't matter. This is a year for us to do our talking on the field. I'll steer away from the negative posting even if someone wants to take shots. It's just that much easier to not worry about it. So, good luck to all and here's to a good season. Even to the Turtles
