With active owners, especially ones who have damn good teams, that's par for the course.
Most owners will clear off the roster before they leave just to give everyone on their team a fair chance to find a team they want to play for.

In fairness, if I were leaving, I would either release my guys outright or change their contracts to expire at the end of the season. There is nothign wrong with that. I wouldnt force someone who has shown me loyalty to go play for some random person who picked up the team.

You definitely did the right thing, Dublin. I think this has pretty much become the rule, for when you are selling your team.

Since we are posting about this wonderful team (Any real owner would allow trades but to release and give new owner in a top league all CPU level 1 players is straight being a A--) just my opinion IT JUST SHOWS THE KIND OF GUY YOU ARE. But i dont care i will drop 2 leagues the next few season and rebuild. Atleast trade and give him 15 million extra even a d--- would do that.. Gluck to all . Except the previous owner.

YOu know, I also required a team who no players during the offseason. THey were the Dragons. I didn't come on here talking bad about the owner. I just made the best of the situation and got together a group of people who know we won't be good this year, but are committed to the team. You just gotta try.
