My DE was on the solid (usually 5th-6th seed) Kunming Panthers. Owner went AWOL, team got relegated, so now I get to watch the exciting (yawn) AAA doormats now.

My DT was on Taiwan, I didn't follow him as much, but one day I log on and notice "Hmmm. Why are there like only five players on the depth chart?" Turns out duhjeff was ditching the team (thanks to sdumont or whoever was nice enough to give me my release) and the players jumped ship.

Kinda sucks that I went from having players on one championship and one dark horse team in the Pro League to none in less than a month. Still looking for a spot for the (level 15) DT.

Moral of the story? Never sign more than a one year contract. And don't assume the championship team you're on today will be there tomorrow.

How you even managed to get two players in the same league in the same conference is amazing.

I liked the league and its forums. I shopped my second player around once he got to a decent level, and Taiwan picked me up.

I never really participated in either team forum, and in any case if the two teams had had a big matchup or playoff game, I just would have asked both of them to ban me from their team forums so nobody thought I was a double agent or anything.

I didn't think it was that big a deal- is it that rare to do?

I see guys in the pros who have players on different teams and see it in the CPL as well when reading forum posts and then clicking on the name to see what players he has. I'd say it wasn't real common, but probably more common than most people think.
