When I made my first player(DE) I put a point into Big Sack, being told it was completely useless later on. I was being told it would have more effect this season. Anyone know?

It's only helpful if you are threat to sack the QB. Otherwise, it is a waste of a lot of points.

Yeah, having one point won't do much for you. With a good player getting about 8 sacks a season, there is a very low probability that this SA will actually be activated. As well, QBs have pretty high strength so sacks don't often cause fumbles. I guess there is still the morale drain aspect...
