So I'm mostly just curious to see which team has the highest average starter level. I don't know if this plays into the Sims in any way, but I think it is possible, as I recall Bort mentioning something about when losing to a team with much higher level players, that your morale will go down less because it is expected.

Anyways, I'll go ahead and make the first contribution.

-Bridge City Trolls-
Offense - 22.5
Defense - 22

I also calculated Las Vegas, since we're playing them next, but I'll let them post their own stats.

If you don't know how to calculate your starters' average level... well, you're an idiot.

Cheers!

Well starter levels are all fine and dandy but depth is where some really close games and surprise wins come from.

You also have to consider players that do and don't have custom equipment. That's worth two levels itself. That's why LVL doesn't matter all that much.

Agreed. Build plays a much larger factor than general level. This is just information that I'm curious to see.

Yep, lvl means nothing - its all in the build. ..but try telling that to some agents who have players with horrible builds, ..they tend to disagree

this was an early rumor...not sure if it still applies

but when 2 teams have the same game plan, same tactics

it was said to be the diference was:

Player level- 1rst
player build -2nd

this may not still be true....what do you guys know?

That's not been my experience at all.

The more I play this game, the more I think when two evenly matched teams meet up, and game plan accordingly, then luck and chance take over. We've all had those moments where you couldnt complete a pass all day, and then with a minute to go, you complete 5 strait passes, kick a FG and win.
