Peyton Manning Jr has decided that this is teh best way for the whole world to know who he is and what he can do and I did get a statement from him after he was leaving the GLB Office.

"Yeah now I am a free agent of the GLB League. I can play anywhere in the world....Can the NFL say that ?"

Your just bitter that the PAT'S got raped in the superbowl by the better Gaints. As a Raider fan that made my day when brady kept getting hit.

I watched it with a my mate whos a Pats fan his face everytime brady got hit was pricless. Being a Lion fan im used to seeing my QB on the floor lol

PATS=OVER RATED, I find it interesting that they (they being the sports writers who fall over the Pats and their golden goy QB) say that the Pats were so close to winning and they more than had a chance to beat the Giants, just a few things didn’t go their way (like having brady constantly crushed in the backfield maybe). Yet in the same breath they would say how the Pats dominated the previous super bowl wins. But if I go by the last scores of their wins; 24-21 over the eagles, 32-29 over the panthers, 20-17 over the rams. ALL 3 GAMES decided by a field goal. (lets not forget their utter defeat in SB XX, and their solid stomping in SB XXX1) Are the Pats a good team, sure, dominant, no way! A dominant team wins when it counts. Just goes to show again, that though Offense sells tickets, Defense wins championships!

How can you say that Peyton Manning throwing for 402 yards and 3td's is choking? It's the tipped passes that turned into INT's that killed the colts in the playoffs against SD. And correct me if I'm wrong but didn't golden boy Brady overthrow receivers throughout half of the superbowl?

Patriots didn't get raped, and they certainly aren't over-rated. There is no asterisk next to the record, and they did win 18 games. As a Patriots fan, I find it quite disappointing to see how the people who dislike the New England franchise stoop to insult a football team. I, as a Patriot fan, have let the Super Bowl loss go. We lost because of a miracle catch, and it certainly it isn't the first time an upset has happened. I think its time for everyone to let it go. It's quite sad when fans of the NFL behave like children.

That said, I don't think this forum is a place for this argument.

Just one catch so none of the other plays mattered? Just one catch? All it came down to was one lucky catch? You have got to be kidding me. Giants played there hearts out Pats did the opposite. Like you said your a Pats fan so why not stick up for them and call the people that don't like them children. You would do the same if it was another team. But you can't say that, that one catch was the one thing that won it. No other plays happened for the Giants? Come on noob think.

Miracle catch? I guess the heart that Eli Manning had to scramble, or maybe the lack of prowess on the Pats DLine did them in.

The team that won the Super Bowl deserved to win. yes, there is an asterisk. No, I do not like the Pats. Yes, I hope the franchise dissolves.

ok cool you have said that and you also said. they LOST because of a miracle catch which in not true so really you need to read over what you said.

I'm a Pats fan too and here's my take:

If you don't think the Giants deserved to win, you're no true fan of football. I wanted my team to win but that was a fantastic game and reminded me of our first Super Bowl win. Smashmouth football.

If you think the Patriots are over-rated, you're no true fan of football. We just saw the best offense of all time win 18 games and set both individual and team records.
