10 points into carry,
4 eq points into speed.

I'm a fan of using EQ to pad your primary stat.

Carry has been made important this season.

Equipment in agility plus 8 (8/2=4...4(EQ)+4(SP)=8) points to get it to 60 then the other 2 points 60 into carry

Use points to soft cap speed and agility. Soft cap vision if any left over. Train confidence. I would put equipment on agility, but if you are going more for speed then do it.
