I have a lvl 5 WR that i think i took out of the D leagues to fast and im not getting any playing time really or anything is there anyway to cancel my contract or talk with the manager about trading me to a D league team

Talk to your manager. Ask if he can please release you, PM him in a calm manner and explain the situation. If he releases you then you can join a D-League team again after rollover. If not, your stuck until your contract runs out.

yep just ask to get cut. anyone level 5 and lower can get cut with no chemistry effects.
