Honestly I'm surprised he stuck as long as he did. I don't think they won a single game since we started this league, and most of them were complete blowouts.

Ha ha...early on we got a win over, I think it was Honolulu, with 100% short passing for our offense. Thank goodness we lucked into somewhat reasonable defense early on!

Good luck, DFM! Cleveland's owner inherited a similar situation just a season and a half ago, when he took over an 0-7 team (on the way to 1-15) and a completely gutted roster. Last season we went 9-7 and made the playoffs; so I'm sure you can turn around Chuck's program, too. Just need to find players that are willing to buy into your system/philosophy. Mostly just takes hard work and patience... so avoid having teenagers on your roster, if you can! Hahaha!
