Overall among those voted for above, since they've had so few highlight reel plays, and it was a nice one, I have to vote for Marian Barbarian, Showboats vs. Skullcrushers.

This, unfortunately, would be the correct play from this game. But I'd love to get some opinions on what actually happened.

It looks like a 3 way collision that resulted in our FS & CB falling down while SD's WR gets propelled a few yards away. Our CB decides to take a siesta, but then the FS gets shot out of a cannon to try and catch back up. Then they both slow down for about 5 yards before a 10 yard sprint to the finish.

The biggest thing I can't figure out is why the FS literally ran into the receiver mid-route instead of actually covering the play.

Thoughts?

I'm really glad it worked...but I'm also kinda surprised he threw that there with Kirby running free underneath. Whatev. I'll gladly take the TD.
