I remember seeing a post once that tight spiral was affected by agility but only saw it that one time... Is it true?

No that's just retarded think about it.

Depends on how loosely you interpret the thought of agility affecting "acceleration". Faster hand motion would lead to tighter spirals if agility affected the acceleration of ones hands. I wasn't inclined to believe that agility affected anything above the waist but you never know... that's why I asked.

Not really, he's probably referring to the list of scores needed to "activate" SAs, which was most likely intentional misinformation sent out to get other people to screw up their builds. Bort's exact description of the list was "BS".
