On my team there is a lower level DT (lvl 18) who's bars are better than all the rest of the DTs (highest is lvl 22). But when you watch the game the level 18 is pretty clearly the worst DT (relatively, he is still damn good). What's up with that?

For some reason they aren't. You would think they put them there for a reason, but they don't mean that much.
