I may have posted this earlier in the wrong place so I wanted to put it here as well.

Money is not important, starting is not important. I want to join a winning team with a good shot this year at goin gdeep in the playoffs. I already have 44k towards my level 16 upgrades, so min bonus and min salary is fine.

Just convince me we are going to win.
