Vision (25), confidence(25), and speed (30)for skill points. Train jumping until it gets to 20. Lay off the SA Tree for a little while. Other than that, it looks like a solid build.
Dont waste SP's on vision and confidence. There so low you can train them very quick. Train them to 20-25 and then you can put SP's into them if you want. You need WAY WAY WAY more strength. My level 15 has 75 strength and 50 agility. You wasted too many points into tackling. Get your base strength to the soft cap and then get agility to the soft cap.
No more SA's or blocking, EVER. Get strength and agility up while TRAINING vision and confidence for a while. No reason to use SP's on those when you can get +1 for 2-3 days of training them. Also I just saw you're your teams NT, strength is without a doubt what you should put SP's into for a while.
