Dallas, Texas(AP): Season 3 just came and went here in BBB 12 where we saw excitment in evrey game this year. Eventually though it came down to the preseason favorite Tecmo All Stars defeating a tough Tana River Ewoks team to take home the trophy as their last real game as a team. Though many coaches and players around the league were glad the two teams had success the last two years all will be mourning the loss of two of the most active in the league in Tyante and Unconquered. Everyone must wish them luck though as they join the Season 2 champion Huskers Illustrated Bugeaters and the runner up Sconnie Badgers. Everyone will miss these teams but will be proud when they show how great the BBB 12 is in season 4.
Though when we say goodbye to two teams we will gladly say hello to the two new teams in the league. The West gets the Aurora Seminoles, a team that only won a single game last year but are hoping for better luck this year in a BBB league. The East also gets a brand new team in the NJ Hitmen who were not able to win a single game last year but are hoping that will change here. The experts agree that the tougher team is the Seminoles and while everyone thought the West was tougher to begin with now think that even more.
Their are also many questions to ask this year and everyone wants to find these out. Obviously the biggest one is who the champion will be and almost everyone agrees that will be the Honolulu Beach Boys who were upset in the conference finals this past year. Another favorite to win is the Awsomeville Bearphins from the East. They, like the Beach Boys, lost both conference championship games but are looking to change that this year. Their biggest competition will be one of 3 teams to beat them this year the New Jersey Blaze. They finished 15-1 in the regular season before being upset in a back in forth game vs. Awsomeville. Expect them to challenge Awsomeville for the Eastern title. As for the Beach Boys their biggest challenge will be the Timpanogos Thunder who were also upset in a close game by the eventual West champs the Tana River Ewoks. The Thunder are re stocking and wil be a strong contender in the West.
As for the other teams not mentioned it is pretty fair to say that spots 3-12 are un-decided in both conferences. An anonymous coach had this to say on the subject: "Their has just been so much talent brought in for every team this offseason. I thought the league was tight last year and now it will be even closer. This season it may come down to a final play call to decide who gets in the playoffs and who is sent home." He couldn't be even more correct. So many recruits have been brought over that it will be an all out war this season and definently the most exciting one yet.
But With all the favorites and recriuts their is one question that still remains. Will the Montana Crow ever get a win? Well they did win a scrimmage game 104-0 but sources say the opponent Tampa Bay Krakens purposly threw the game to experiment. These guys are 0-32 and they have to find a way to win this year. Felling desperate they decided to bring in Honolulu hot shot gambrinus843 as a GM to help rebuild the franchise. They were also able to sign a top HB in Frank Letizia. In return Frank's agent the big mouth ReppinDaNorth21 was able to get a GM spot. They are looking for a big win with their new valuable additions. It is going to be a very exciting season and I can't wait for it to begin.
