Lots of great responses so far. For the sake of time I am not going to respond to all of them individually but I will use this thread to give updates on my decision. Currently my plan is to give it a little more time to see if any more offers trickle in and then start sorting through them to choose the top 3-5 and then I'll make a decision based on that in the next day or so.

Quick update. I plan on going through all of the PMs tonight and narrowing it down to no more than 5 teams. I'll send PMs to the five teams that are still in the running and will post them here so that the rest of the teams can go on with other candidates. From there I will make my final decision sometime tomorrow.

First off, I'd like to thank everyone who showed interest in Steel. I heard from a lot of great teams and it was really hard to narrow it down to just five. With so many teams it was pretty much impossible to investigate all the teams like I wanted to. Narrowing it down was pretty necessary just to limit the number of teams to evaluate.
To the remaining teams, I will use the next day or so to make my decision. During that time I invite you to send me any additional information that you would like me to take into consideration during my decision.
