I'm sure its been tried but has it proved to be successful at all?

An option team would be a freaking blast I think...
Could it actually compete, or am I just being dumb?

I'm training my QB to be a running QB...

he's only lvl 6 and i'm still in the d-leagues but my goal is to have a vince young type guy, maybe own a team where I can run the option...

My guy has 25 speed but is really more like a mcnabb

If you ask me, it's a LOT easier in GLB to create a Tim Tebow than to create a Vick/VY. Just take any regular QB with Throwing/Vision/Strength and get them to increase their Carrying, Speed, and Agility to ~30 and their run style to Power. Ta-da.

yeah, running qb's dont do well in this game

and really, running qbs aren't that successful in real life either.

Woo hoo. Running works with QBs now. I averaged 5.4 ypc and my team was overmatched by a level or more at most positions.

His only scrambling SA is on the run and he just has 26 speed and 20 agility

I have one, well had. He was going to have like 60 speed 50 agility, but then I realized there is no point right now, so I started to build passing up. He did have 200 yards rushing last year though.

vince yound ran the spread option at texas, its basically the option out of shotgun every play...

wasn't used to run last season which hurt his passing stats and pumped his picks in like 3 games straight, but looks like he will have a better chance to run this year.

working on him as a rebuild now that the run is working.

Everyone says the run is working, but I have yet to see a "RUN" thats not a QB draw up the middle.

Can we see some "Scramble runs"?
