Warrior General Games

I tried to use what seems to be the consensus opinions (Strength then Agility). For less than a full season (11 games in the D-league), how do you all feel he stacks up?

WOuld you priortize getting both of them to the next soft cap before getting speed to 48? It's 22 SP just to get Agility to 60, and 26 to get Speed to 48, but that's without touching strength.
