the point is we are playing games and losing loads of cash every day. playoff teams still get their bonus +tickets (which u can charge triple for and sell out) +concessions
all im asking is a for a little concessions to help cover the daily salary
Sorry, I've gotta agree with the steel man. If you want to get extra cash, ya gotta get a home playoff spot. It's the only real reward this game dishes out.

That actually frustrated me. I think that as a reward for getting to the playoffs you should get XP. The games absolutely still count and drain your energy. I'd like to see some XP gain.
Well, money for the teams in playoffs is one thing, but I think if playoff teams see xp, so should everyone else. If that were the case, this years good teams would create that much more of a gap for the next season. You could make the same argument about cash, but it's not as big a deal as xp.

I'm pretty torn on the issue. For one I know players get bored and it would be awesome to give XP for everyone. But on the other hand, I like the "no XP" freedom that I have when setting my depth chart during the playoffs. If they gave out XP for playoff games and scrimmages, there would be a lot of pressure on GMs to give everyone play time.
Righto krunch man, scrimmages are a time to play with settings, try different personel and do strange things. If XP was a factor, then those things would be harder to pull off.
One idea I had to help non-playoff teams is once you're eliminated from the playoffs, you can start signing free agents and offering current players contracts, with the reduced off season chemistry penalty.
