I watched The Dark Night today and it is AWESOME! The best movie I've gone to see this year. Beleave it or not Ledger lives up to the hype and does an amazing job. I wouldn't recomend taking little ones to see it though. It's pretty intense and it wouldn't suprise me if kids that see it would have a hard time sleeping for a few days.

Saw it today. I have to agree, it was probably the best movie I have seen since Pulp Fiction.

agreed the dark knight is a grrreat great movie.

They say it could be the first Posthumous Academy Award nomination since 1976. But they also say that because it is a "comic book" movie it seriously hurts his chances. That is some Hollywood bullshit right there. Give him the nod if he deserves it - which he does IMO. He made Jack Nicholson's Joker look like Prince Fairyus on an open field tackle with his portrayal.

I was always a Marvel Comics fan as a kid - But DC has devoured them with The Dark Knight movies.
