Not only yes, but hell yes - especially if you want to keep your job from season to season. A guy created today will be level 7 on opening day, and he will be built just to punt. I am sure you made a mistake or 2 on your build - equipment maybe? The new guys are learning from the posts on builds, and the important attributes to train and apply skill points to. For the punter it is Punting, Strength, Confidence as the big 3 with vision, agility and speed next, followed by jumping. If you choose not to boost you will passed by the new guys very quickly!
