This is my first year as FC Hezbollah's head coach/GM and I am early in the learning curve. After nearly upsetting the Bearpins, I wanted to work out strategy. I had heard to stay away from zone and blitzing. Well, what do they do that's so worrysome? So I set Hezbollah's defence to 100%zone and 100% blitz, figuring game would show me what the "Bad defense" did wrong.

I didn't realize the opponent had his own "bad tactics" to try out.

The results?

Wow! Looks like they swapped offense and defense positions. I wondered how that would go but I guess I don't need to try it now.

I have heard a rumor for the off season. It sounds like we will be able to schedule 2 scrimmage games that take place in the off season. Supposedly the advanced tactics will be implemented for them as well. I haven't seen an official post from any of the admin though. Hopefully this comes true. I'd love to play some teams we usually don't get a chance to.

Yeah we swapped positions for a game, no disrespect meant towards FC Hezbollah - we were just shaking off the play-off blues. I've heard the rumour about pre-season scrimmages, I can't find the thread now but Bort said they'd put in a day -2, day -1.

ya scrimmage games are pointless for that very reason.

I also wanted to let the Chihuahuas know that I wasn't gunning for them. I figured working on tactics for a couple of games then goofing off on the third. Next game I'm going to be a little goofy on offense and play defense straight up. So if your listening, BullFrogOnNet, that's what you have coming.
