We all know there have been players in the past who had virtually no speed or agility.. Dan Marino, Drew Bledsoe.. but as a pocket passer on GLB, is speed and agility worth putting anything into?

My level 20 pocket passer has a 14 speed and 17 agility, should I think of spending some training time in these areas?

If your OL is horrible. I train agility sometimes.

I would recommend training agility and speed until they are at least around 20-25. It really helps to prevent hurries and sacks.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. My guy has speed 15 and agility 24 and does okay. A lot depends on your o-line, though, as was mentioned above, plus your receivers.

Interesting. Could be a mechanical thing like jumping for punters. I do know that agility impacts the Passing bar a tiny bit (like 1 pixel for 15 points of agility) based on my own tests with level 1's.
