I have never really heard much about TE SA's, so I'd like to know if anyone finds a particular SA very good or entirely useless.

Route Run is good for any reciever, as it gives you a bonus to speed and agility on routes. I'd definitely say boost that up some, as it allows you to work on your strength a bit and not worrying about it affecting your receiving game too much. Sticky hands is also very good as it makes you a go to guy on 3rd and 5 situations. In fact, Sticky Hands, good Confidence and Vision would basically make your guy automatic on 3rd down.

Quick Cuts and Lower Shoulder are about the same, one you boost for a agile TE, one for a strong TE. Seeing how Lower Shoulder is more expensive than Quick Cuts, you may be better off just working on Quick Cuts, unless your guy has great strength (As does mine). Between these two, it's really just a decision. Do I want my guy to be a powerful TE, more suited for blocking, and a Speedy TE, more suited for recieving? Of course, that's what everything comes down to as a TE.

And Cover Up, it's pretty good. Anybody without great carrying will need this, because your going to be hit by hulking LBs or safeties after every catch. Fumbles guaranteed if you have low carrying.

(Edit, to answer your question)

Probably the least important, I'd say, is Sticky Hands. Not to say it isn't good, as it is, but let me put it this way. My backup TE dropped a whopping 1 pass last season, and caught 27. Dropping catches for TEs doesn't seem as bad as it does for WRs and HBs, mostly because TEs and facing off against LBs and Safeties, neither of which are exactly built for pass coverage.

Maybe my catching was low or somethin, but i was dropping a ton at the beginning of the season. I went from level 4-12 this season and i thought i had a decent catching ability for my level and i dropped alot..once i got Sticky hands, my drops..well..dropped. Ive had very few (like 1-2) since then.

Quick cuts and route run are known as the best imo. Lower shoulder ...well..bleh. Coverup: most TEs have higher str than the WRs so its less important (worst of the 5) but still useful i guess...reality is...you dont fumble much either way.
If somehow you get a "spare" point...i guess its a place to put it.
