I've never heard of a "strength" WR.
Is there a Hands team for special team's option rolling out for next season that I don't know about?

Let me know how this works out for you.

Any examples of him overpowering a defender of equal level? Not trying to be an ass but not impressed with him overpower lvl 5 and lvl 1 players when he is level 10.

I am happy to be proved wrong, but this idea of strenght reciever wont work onceup against teams of about 16+ players... they will just get smothered by players with high speed

Strength: 23 Blocking: 8
Speed: 28.66 Tackling: 8
Agility: 17.66 Throwing: 10
Jumping: 14.66 Catching: 22.31
Stamina: 20.13 Carrying: 12.5
Vision: 12.66 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 17.5 Punting: 8

Only a lvl 6 in the D-leagues but he does get good separation on digs (push off?). I also wanted to make a wr who can actually block cb on running plays to the edge.

I have read that str is more important than blocking against WR. He blocks real well after watching some of his games. I will train his blocking up to 15 at least though.

He has in past games. I don't have every broken tackle replay off-hand.

Here is one I happened to have still on aim: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=11290391 vs. a level 9 CB and 8 SS when he (WR) was level 9.

Maybe not as often, but with tackling changes I bet you'll be surprised.

mine is a level 22 WR... strength is 30 and I break tackles a bit... having the strength to use power instead of elusive running style helps a bit i think too

FAIL

I go against LVL 20+ game in and game out and I prove you wrong. Granted, I play on a run-first offense, so I haven't had too many balls thrown in my direction. I have been somewhat successful in breaking tackles and accumulation pancakes since I raised my strength.

Strength recievers should dominate, Against speed CB's they'll get all the jump balls and break many tackles, the running backs will love em too!
