my level 20 Dt has about 33 stamina and i was planning on raising it to 38 next level i was wondering how high is high enough for him

If you're losing more than 30 energy each match. while playing hard, then look to improve it. If not, don't worry about it.

The higher your strength, the lower your stamina can be. My level 15 has 25 stamina and has NEVER had an energy problem in-game or post game.
