Looks pretty good, needs vision. And depending on the league you might need more speed as well.

Thanks for the tips, I'll try to work on that but should I get his vison, agility, and speed all to 50 before working on the others?

get your tackling up before anything, because it is going to be harder next season (or that's what i've heard). then work on those other 3 things
