Well, since I get to sit out as a relatively neutral party this time around, I'll take a shot at this. Only calling the playoff games for the moment.
Rapid City vs. Anchorage:
Anchorage put up quite the fight to get to the playoffs, and should be respected for it. This season, though, I think its one and done and some consolation prize money to go home with. Rapid City with a fairly convincing win.
Caprica vs. Western Division Bye Week Vikings:
I think that Caprica will find, having played so hard to get to be at home this week, that they really like it there, and once the bye week is done, will decide to just stay home and rest up for next season.
Lima vs. Chicago:
I haven't picked against Chicago much this season, but I think the Lemurs have something to prove this week, and no one is going to stop them. At least not here. Some really hyper lemurs will be just a bit too much for the Maroons to handle.
DVDTalk vs. Midwest:
I just don't see the Otters being ready to be done yet. They'll hold serve at home and get ready to make the trip to Lima for what will likely be one of the toughest games of the playoffs.
New Brunswick vs. Salem: After losing three winnable games in a row and failing to clinch a game at home, Salem is going to make it 4 losses in a row and start getting ready for next season. N.B. by 30+.
Akron vs. Vice City: Akron couldn't handle Vice City's potent passing attack last time they played, leading to one of Vice City's more convincing wins over a contender. I don't see anything having drastically changed, so the snakes will slither on for a showdown with N.B. mid-week.
N.Y. Strikers vs. Gulf State Demons: The Demons, more than most teams, hovered on the brink of playoff elimination for a while, and held on to their spot. I think that's going to have to be gold at the end of the rainbow enough for them this season. I think NY moves on by 14-17 points.
Miami Makos vs. Atlanta Wolves: One of the toughest calls in the division, and quite possibly thew game of the night. It could go either way, but ultimately, the Makos proved to be just a fin above this season, and I think they prove it here. Miami by a last second field goal.
