Alright guys it’s the return of my predictions, I feel bad waiting this long to bring them back, but Tyante has been doing a great job.
Honolulu Beach Boys 14-0 vs. Houston Toxins 5-9
Last week the Toxins had a shocking last second bomb to beat the Hitmen in the Battle of Tejas. Anchored by beast DE Michael Larson, the Toxins defense is one that can stop the rush, and control the pass. But I don’t expect that to stop Mike Justkiw and the powerful Beach Boys offense. Although I expect this one to end early, the Beach Boys better watch out, because the second place Thunder have two easy games ahead of them.
Beach Boys 45- Toxins- 9
Timpanogos Thunder 13-1 vs Montana Crow 0-14
What a season the Thunder are having!!! Quite the opposite can be said about the dishearting season the Crow are suffering. They still have yet to win a game as a franchise, and no one really knows why. They have a lineup that should at least win them 4-5 games a season. O well, this one shouldn’t be a game for long. Thunder blow them out of the water.
Thunder 72- Crow 0
Tana River Ewoks 12-2 vs. Seattle Buffalos 1-13
I wont lie boys, the Ewoks are my favorite team in the league, and I am pleasantly surprised with how well they have done tbis season. If they don’t win it all this season, I think next year could be the year for them. The Buffalos suck.
Ewoks 100 – Buffalos 6
Mighty Chihuahuas 11-3 vs. LA Express 8-6
The Express are a team that everyone expected to be in the top 3 in the league this season, instead they sit on the brink of a playoff seed and need to win this one to for sure clinch. Although owner Codoublebzzle claims they have not used one boost this season, it will be hard for them to win it all, unless that statement is true. The Chihuahuas are a new team that are having considerable success in this league, and maybe if they make a good enough push can be one and done in USA BBB 12. I think the Express clinch a spot with an upset here.
Chihuahuas 24 – Express 27
Eugene SLUGs 9-5 vs. Las Vegas Aces 3-11
The SLUGs started the season off slow, but after winning the Golden Pistol in Dallas, they began a winning streak that catapulted them to 5th place and a for sure playoff spot. Yet after all this, therichone still has them not in the top 8. I disagree, and think the SLUGs are a team that people don’t want to race in the playoffs. Aces don’t have anything going for them in this one.
SLUGs 56 – Aces 7
Possum Trot Plague 9-5 vs. Lakewood Lancers 2-12
Nope, not a shot Lancers.
Plague 33- Lancers 0
Long Beach Dub All Stars 8-6 vs. Dallas Hitmen 5-9
The All Stars, like the Express, were expected to be near the top of the league this season, but near the end of the season, its between them and the Express to see who can hold off the surging Chicago Inferno. The Hitmen are a team that many thought was in the top 8 in the league near the beginning of the season, but due to bad offense, they have been in the league basement all year. Can the Hitmen pull the upset??? People may say im biased, but I think so.
All Stars 16- Hitmen 17
Chicago Inferno 7-7 vs Minnesota Mountain Lions 5-9
The Inferno’s late run got stalled by the Plague last week in an old school style beatdown. But if either the All Stars or Express lose this week and the Inferno win, then it’s a tie for 8th place. The Mountain Lions are not a team that can stop anybody, so expect the Inferno to get that 8th spot in a game that wont be close.
Inferno 33- Lions 13
