Rochester Vendetta(1) vs New Orleans Voodoo(8)

North By Gawd Texas Tornado Humpers(2) vs Round Rock 12th Man(7)

Las Vegas Heat(3) vs Double T Red Raiders(6)

Missouri Partisan Rangers(4) vs New Brunswick Sentinels(5)

All of these are pretty good matchups. I look forward to having a shot at the Heat again, if all plays out correctly.

How do you all think the playoff picture will turn out?

I think the Voodoo will climb a couple more spots.

I also think the Rangers are licking their chops to play themselves. Guaranteed 2nd round ticket.

Booo. I was hoping this was another one of those western conference threads that was actually about the Eastern conference.

Yeah...NO has the tiebreaker, and Double T's gonna have a tough time posting a better record than us over these last two games.

Just because you beat us, does not mean you have the tie breaker in this game. Unless bort changed something.

Thank God we don't have to play you guys again in Week 16. I'm much happier with our matchup this season.

Nope. That week 16 matchup is fresh in my memory. Our Western conference foes in week 16 this season will have to suffice as a substitute for retirbution.

I think last season this was the end result I expected against you guys (and east in general). You've done a hell of a turnaround this season, as I've actually been scouting you to see how you have been getting your wins this season. =)

Actually, yes that does mean we have the tie breaker. Should we finish with the same record, it comes down to head to head. Putting NO ahead of RR.

Actually no, the team who scores the most points through the season holds the tie breaker.

If this were real life you'd be 100% correct, but this is how Bort has it set for now.

As it stands currently, we have the edge here with a total points scored of 312 to 238. So if we end up tied we currently have the tie breaker.

It dosen't matter too many anyhow, I don't think any of the matchups will be too much easier for anyone.

Based on what I've read, you both are right ... to a point.

At the present time, there are three teams tied for 6th in the western conference.

Assuming all three teams win their next two games... which is a huge assumption as all three teams play decent teams...the tie break works as follows.

The first tie break is head to head.
RR defeated NO; NO defeated the Raiders; the Raiders defeated RR

Tie Breaker one ends in a tie.

The second tie break is total points scored.
At the moment, The raiders have a lead over both RR and NO. So presently, they are in 6th place, followed by RR and then NO.

A lot can change in the next two games however so good luck to all involved.

Please see the attached thread on tiebreakers

Thanks for the clarification.

It's going to be tough for us to win both games, especially for the unclear reason as why our once good passing game turn into a turnover festival. I love changes made to the game in the middle of the season!

Houston is a decent team who will give us a good test, and we play a good east team in Columbus as well.

But like I said earlier looking at the standings there isn't anyteam I'd rather play more than the other.
