i think this is going to run into difficulty in finding
enough very active owners who are interested enough in spotting
outstanding opposition on replays, rather than just keeping track
of their own players, or perusing the leader boards.
and i, for one, certainly don't watch every play of all
8 (or 16) games per 2 days.
pro bowl rosters are gonna be rough, but perhaps some people
have spotted some great things from a few opposition players
in particular if not just from their own games. so if we
want to do shout-outs, i'll throw out a couple guys who
really impressed me in replays for whatever reason:
lexington's general justice, lb.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=238601this guy's high on the tackle leader board, somewhat due to his
team not being able to stay on o in some games, so i can't quite
claim he's "underrated" in any regard, but he really is all over
the field, especially plugging holes up the middle and making
some plays in the inside backfield. kudos to GJ.
MCD's trevor kidd, de.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=308572this one should be obvious to everyone. he leads the east in
sacks and it's not a fluke. he's the best pass rusher in the
conference for sure.
there are a couple more on my mind but i'd have to dig through
some history to find them again. and there's one guy from our
team i'd put on the list for sure, maybe two, but i won't go
down that road.
oh, and it's a bummer that there's no leaderboard for broken
tackles (or is it eluding me?).
