Do you guys do a ballot?

Top 6 guys at each position per league (10 for WR, LB and CB etc)
Each team owner gets a ballot PMed to them (or GM)
Pick 2 for each (4 for WR and CB) cant be from your team.
you would vote on your league only.

Just what I have seen work. Obviously someone would need to fill in the top players at each position, and the PM to all OWNERS. (One vote per team)!

Sounds like a good idea. I don't have quite enough free time to do all of those categories or I would. I'll put together the top players for Alpha's offensive side if someone wants to put together the defensive side, then we'll just put them together and send out the ballots.

When would we turn this in? I am interested but I work better with a deadline. I will submit it one minute before it's due.

We thought about this last year, but it never came to fruition.

It never came to fruition because we were really at each others' necks last season.

I think that if there is a split between Alpha and Zeta that is certainly better considering that Alpha has stupid stats this season with the uncompetitive teams there.

Why not just do All Conference teams? We don't have to compare Alpha players to Zeta players. It gives the owners less work to do when voting too.

I would agree to have only All-Conference teams, owners from each Conference voting for players in their own Conference.

Is there an easy way to mine out the top player stats? I se the stats page, but cant break out the TEs from WRs and separate the FBs from the HBs, or the different O and D line position / line backer ect.

I use team leaders, if you go to a team with a good schedule and a decent team around him, you can find an all-pro player on about every team.

multiply that by ten players for 18 positions and 32 teams. I don't have the time...sorry

good point, but after somebody makes the ballet, all the voters have to do is select the number of players from that position.

So are we going to maybe have the players from each team vote for teammates for nominees? Or what?
And is it going to be All-Conference? Or All-League.

I prefer All-Conference, and voting by teammates myself.

If someone has the time to go to the league stats page and pull the top 10 ranked players at each position, We could add them to the ballot, and PM it to each owner. have 2 ballots, 1 for each league. Anyone have the time?

if not, we could do a ballot that can just do a generic positions (wont break out each position just the following).
