I really should be doing other things that are more important right now, but I'm a very good procrastinator.

Western Conference

Timpanogos Thunder at Las Vegas Aces
Let's see what kind of tricks the Aces have up their sleeves. Who am I kidding? It isn't going to help. Thunder is too strong. Maybe if your chearleaders come to the game naked to distract the boys from Utah you have a chance.
Thunder, 60-6

Mighty Chihuahuas at Long Beach Dub All-Stars
The Chihuahuas have been in 4 games this season decided by 7 points or less. In those games they are 3-1. Long Beach have been in 2 and are 1-1. This will be another tight game. The Chihuahuas have to figure out what Houston did to them last week and correct it. On the season they have been more consistent. This is Long Beach's final tough test. Look for one more loss before making the playoffs.
Chihuahuas, 17-14

Dallas Hitmen at Houston Toxins
Has Dallas learned how to correct the offensive troubles they had earlier in the season? I'm not completely sold on them. Houston has done some thing right and took the Chihuahuas down to the wire. If they come out like they did last week, they will take this game.
Toxins, 24-17

Chicago Inferno at Possum Trot Plague
This is an interesting game. Inferno has been on fire at times and plain cold at others. The Plague have been pretty consistent the entire season. Chicago has not been able to win a close match. They need to figure out a way as this will be a tight game.
Plague, 24-17

Tana River Ewoks at Los Angeles Express
Last season the Express were shocked when they traveled to Alaska. They want to get some revenge on the little Ewoks. Los Angeles struggled in a losing effort to the Slugs last week. They still have two more difficult games after this one. Letizia will once again try to prove he is MVP material. Look for the Express to bring everything they got to this game. They have more to lose. The Ewoks are resilient little fellas and they carry big sticks. This will be a close, hard fought game.
Ewoks, 17-10

Eugene SLUGs at Seattle Buffalo
The Slugs have made it through the toughest part of their schedule. They now look to be sitting pretty well in the whole playoff picture. Enjoy your rewards with a couple of easier games.
Slugs, 40-3

Honolulu Beach Boys at Minnesota Mountain Lions
Time to pad some stats Boys and get ready for... well enjoy a nice couple weeks off.
Beach Boys, 46-3

*** Western Conference Game of the Week ***
Lakewood Lancers at Montana Crow

This is the game everyone has been waiting for. Scalpers are charging $200 for tickets in this highly anticipated match-up. The only thing left on the line here is pride. The Crow have lost 31 straight games. The Lancers have lost 8 straight. It all comes down to this game. Loser claims the longest losing streak in the West. Who said Tecmo would win a championship before the Crow wins a game?
Crow, 14-7

Looks like there will be a lot of close games in the West. Gotta love weeks like this.

Eastern Conference

Sheffield Sabres at FC Hezbollah
It's Hezbollah's turn to see how many points they can score. Allah won't be happy though, you let the Sabres get a field goal.
Hezbollah, 103-3

10-Yard Fight at Tampa Bay Krakens
The Fight are still on the outside. They are my dark horse to make the playoffs though. This game is important for both teams. If the Krakens can take this game, they will secure a playoff birth. If the Fight win, it makes things a lot more interesting. I like interesting.
Fight, 17-13

Buffalo Chips at Bonita Beef Supreme
Bonita is still fighting for a playoff birth. Mathematically they are not yet out of the picture. That will come in the next two games. Keep the hope alive though and walk away with this game.
Beef Supreme, 21-10

New Jersey FalCoons at Philadelphia Pigeons
The Pigeons need to find true North again. They have dropped two straight after a good start to the season. Look for them to correct their path and secure their playoff birth.
Pigeons, 40-9

Tecmo All Stars at Ottawa Outbreak
Ottawa has already been eliminated from the playoff hunt. They have a good foundation to build off of for next season. Just forget this game and move on. There isn't much you can do.
All Stars, 38-3

Ole Miss Rebels at New Jersey Blaze
The Rebels will look to contain the Blaze. Don't get too close or you get burned. The Blaze has a lot of firepower and will have it on display.
Blaze, 31-7

Crescent City Saints at New Orleans Night Trippers
Last season the battle of New Orleans was great. Everyone was hoping to have another great game. Huge parties were planned. Unfortunately this season the Night Trippers never showed up. The Saints have been on a roll lately. Look for them to continue their march to the playoffs.
Saints, 48-3

*** Eastern Conference Game of the Week ***
Saint Paul Vulcans at Awesomeville Bearphins

Awesomeville's owner proclaimed they would go 15-0 before facing Tecmo. They then lost a good game to the Blaze. It was then proclaimed no other team would be able to beat them, then the loss to the Saints. Will this be the third blemish on the record. This is a tough one to pick. Everything is telling me to pick the Bearphins, except my gut. This is my upset special of the week. The Vulcans pull out a close game.
Vulcans, 21-17

In case no one has noticed, the Crow have hired a new GM and are about to end their losing ways all within a span of two days....there are changes brewing in Montana and it may not be overnight, but this team will not remain the laughing stalk of the 12 any longer...

It should be a good game. I think it will be somewhat like last season. I expect a very close game that comes down to the wire.
