Lets start talking play offs here. Now the top 8 in West are already set, neither can get out of the playoffs. Now all there is left to fight about are placement. Lets take a look at the top 8 in west:
Western Conference Standings
Team Record Streak
1 Honolulu Bulls 14-0-0 W14
2 Dodge City Six Shooters 12-2-0 W5
3 Houston Toros 11-3-0 W1
4 Compton Vikings 10-4-0 L3
5 Bayou Bengals 10-4-0 L1
6 FantasyFanbase All-Stars 9-5-0 L1
7 Philadelphia Fighters 9-5-0 W1
8 Blitzburg Musclefrogs 9-5-0 W3

Bulls: Even if they loss their next two games, they are set as the nr. 1 seed due to having beat SixShooters.

SixShooters: Having to meet the bottom team in the West and the 6-8 Ashville Posse in their final two weeks makes an easy road to the second seed for the gunslinging Dodge City.

Toros: Having lost to the Bengals in week 13 really hurt the Toro's chances at advancing further up the playoff ladder. The next two away games against USB and the Steel Curtain will be crucial if the Toro's want to stay clear of the Bulls until late in teh playoffs. They are looking to keep their 3rd seed.

Vikings: With a realitively easy game coming up against the sharp shooters, vikings are looking towards the final game, home vs. Minnesota Purple, to decide their spot in the playoffs. If the Vikings come out big and defeats the Purple Rain, they will be in place as the 4/5th seed.

Bayou: Their loss to Farkistan in week 14 and having to face the Battalion, a keen playoff contender from East, in the last week, is hurting their chances to avoid the Bulls until game 3 in the playoffs.Right now they are fighthing to get that homefield advantage in game 1. A battle against the Vikings.

All-stars: Being 9-5 and only having lost to teams above them in the league, the FF are looking to keep the Fighters and Frogs away from the 6th spot. Their next game against the Frogs will be the battle for the "good" spot in the playoffs. Their last game against NY should not pose a threat to this team.

Philadelphia: The second of the three 9-5 teams in the West. They have a easy schedule ahead of them and are looking for nothing but W's. Having lost to All-stars and won over the Frogs, they are still in the race.

MuscleFrogs: My favorite team in this league (besides my team) and they are looking good being on a 3W streak going into the game against the All-stars. Having lost to Fighters, they need the win against FF to keep them out of the 8th spot and away from the Bulls. Their last game against the Night Marchers should be a W.

Im going to take a wild guess and say that we will se the battle of beef in the conference final here. But Dodge City is going to be a real tough opponent to the Toros. So its either Bulls vs Toros or Bulls vs Six Shooters. I dont see any of the last 3 stopping the Bulls in the first game, but Vikings and Bengals stand a shot at the conference game if they find a way to tame the Bulls.

can't really set the East yet because there are a few teams that can still get in. Like the Detroit Rampage. IF we win our final 2 games vs teams we should beat we are in.... that is an IF though and a few people have that IF as well lol

Now the East:
Eastern Conference Standings
Team Record Streak
1 OKLAHOMA BOOTLEGGERZ 14-0-0 W14
2 Philadelphia Marauders II 11-3-0 W1
3 Atlanta Scorpions 11-3-0 W10
4 Pittsburgh Steel Curtain 10-4-0 W3
5 St. Louis Sidewinders 10-4-0 L1
6 New Jersey Battalion 9-5-0 L3
7 Minnesota Purple People Eaters 8-6-0 W4
8 Asbury Park Blue Bishops 8-6-0 L1

Bootleggerz: Very secure in the nr. 1 seed, can lose the next two games and still be nr. 1. And having two fairly easy games left, im guessing an undeafed season for the Oklahoma Boozers.

Marauders: They face an uphill battle facing the top team in the west and the Battalion in week 15. Im really looking forward to see this team clash with the Bulls. Having won over the Scorpions really helps Philadelphia stay in that impressive second seed.

Scorpions: 10 wins in a row! Having the 3 best streak in the league Atlanta are going after the Marauders' 2nd seed with all they got. And when battling two of the lower teams in their final two matches, they are already seeing themselfs having homefield advantages in the playoffs.

Steel Curtain: Besides having a great name, the Curtain are looking to keep their spot in the playoffs and should be able to get atleast one win in their final games. They face the Toros in the final match and are hoping to win to secure homefield and a 12-4 record for the season. Having the "worst" team in their next game should be an easy W to keep St. Louis at bay.

Sidewinders: Pretty secure at nr. 5 but having lost to Phili and facing the Bootleggerz, they dont seem to be able to get homefield advantage. But they will go down figthing and do anything to get a W in the last game of the year, and then on to revenge their recent loss to Phili.

Battalion: Coming off a 3 loss streak and facing two top playoff contenders from both East and West, NJ are going to come out BIG to get thoese last two W's and stay in the race for the playoffs. Having the Purple Rain, the Blue Bishops and the D-Rampage in their heels, they are struggeling to keep their spot in the top 8.

Purple People Eaters: Coming off the 4W streak, the PPE are looking to keep their success going in the final two games. And they have a good shot at keeping, and even advancing, their spot in the playoffs when they face Asbury in a game for the 7th seed. They have the Vikings in the last game, which will be crucial for Minnesota to stay in the race.

Blue Bishops: Fighthing hard to avoid a quick elimination by the Bootleggerz, they will come out with all they got against the PPE and if they win, the 7th seed will be theirs. Espect them to win against Honolulu in the final game.

Detroit Rampage: Im bringing them into this because they still have a chance to get a spot in the playoffs, but only if they win their last two games and that any of the three teams above them looses their last two games. Their last games are against nr. 10 Ashville Posse and the last team in the West, Pasadena Pirates. If they pull through against Posse, they will stand a real chance at going into the playoffs.

Conference final: This is going to be the clash of the titans: Marauders vs Bootleggerz. The Curtain and Scorpians are the only other real contenders for the final game.

Nice write-ups, I agree completely on both the west and the east. Playoffs will be crazy no doubt. Heres to hoping the bulls take care of business like they have done in the regular season.

Jdog.... I liked our team better when we didn't talk crap and just came in and beat people as the underdog... I'd like to be the undefeated team that still goes into every week building up our opponent like they are unstoppable, even if they are winless...

I personally think we have NO chance of winning next week and even LESS of a chance the week after.

Congrats to all 8 teams that will make the playoffs... I hope to, at least, buy a ticket to watch the games from the front row.

New Jersey Battalion, heck of a game today. Good luck to you in the future! Our gameplan worked to perfection... aka, we got lucky!

We lost to them by 3 before we picked up some key signings.. If you want to get into it, you beat nevada by 3 and we beat them 45-7, we beat minnesota which you lost to 17-33...

But anyways, my first statement was just jabbing at you joking around.

It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye.

Good luck next game.
