Hmmm, looks like I forgot to write an introduction when I put this together this morning, oh well, I would have just spelled a bunch of stuff wrong and messed up some teams name, besides, nobody reads this part, so here are the rankings.

The major components of the rankings are as follows:
Strength of Schedule (SOS): The winning percentage of your opponents to date.
Quality of Wins (QW): Bonus points are awarded for every win based on the opponents winning percentage. So if you beat a winless team, you get nothing, if you beat a previously undefeated team, big bonus.
Offensive Points Over Average (OPOA): If you opponent averages 14 points against and you score 17, you get +3 in the ranking.
Defensive Points Under Average (DPUA): If your opponent averages 21 points scored and you allow 14 you get +7 in the ranking.
Fighting for Home Field
#1 – Oakland Nation (13-0, rank 54.93) (Last Week #1, Same) *
Oakland maintains their top ranking, despite not looking as dominant in recent weeks. In 2 of the last 3 weeks Oakland’s Offense has failed to exceed the opponents average points allowed by more than 10, something that had not happened up until week 11. Big Whiskey will challenge them to get back on track as it will take an offensive output of at least 68 points to perform up to Oakland’s standards.
#2 - Atlanta Purple Penguins (13-0, rank 44.16)(Last Week #2, Same)*
The Penguins made the Juggernauts their bitch in week 13, with a final score of 34-6. APP hosts the Invaders in a game that has no meaning for the Penguins, but that the Invaders must win to keep their dim playoff hopes alive. My prediction, Purple Penguins Provide Pain.
#3 - Niagara Rapids (11-2, rank 37.79)(Last Week #5, +2) *
Niagara finally got a win vs. top ranked completion with a 17-13 win over Louisville in the BBB#7 game of the week. This week Niagara hosts Cleveland with an eye on gaining the #2 spot in the playoffs due to the convoluted playoff seedings.
#4 – Austin Alcoholics (12-1, rank 37.53)(Last Week #4, Same)*
The Alcoholics were less than impressive in their week 13 win vs. Chicago, but maintained their standing in the rankings. Next up is a Vikings squad that is trying to gain some respect in the league to go along with their playoff spot. In what should be this week’s BBB#7 game of the week.
#5 – Louisville Baby Kittens (11-2, rank 36.21)(Last Week #3, -2)*
Louisville dropped the ball in the BBB#7 game of the week vs. Niagara and flipped positions in the rankings with the Rapids in the rankings. River City provides a respite for the Kittens before they face off with APP in week 15 in what should be a playoff preview match-up.
#6 - Austin Breakers (10-3, rank 31.06)(Last Week #8, +2)*
The Breakers clinched a playoff berth and jumped back up in the rankings with a beat down of the Vikings.
#7 - Lincoln Freedom Warriors (10-3, rank 30.47)(Last Week #6, -1)*
A shocking 1-point loss to The State of Texas costs the Freedom Warriors 1 spot in the rankings.
#8 - Anchorage Vikings (10-3, rank 25.49)(Last Week #7, -1)*
Anchorage needs to rebound following an embarrassing loss to Austin B, but the schedule does them no favors as Austin A. comes to town.
All but a lock for the Playoffs (except LA is a Lock, but whatever I’m not changing the heading now.)
#9 Houston Armageddon (8-5, rank 23.50)(Last Week #9, Same)
The only team in the top 10 to not clinch a playoff berth, Houston looks to rectify that vs. a tough Red Bank squad.
#10 LA Chupacabras (9-4, rank 21.13)(Last Week #12, +2)*
LA continues their late season surge up the rankings, entering the top 10 in week 13, with 3 games vs. top 10 teams to close out the season.
#11 DLF Gods (9-4, rank 21.03)(Last Week #11, Same)
LF, FL, doesn’t matter, either way they are a contender this year after a terrible season 2.
#12 Red Bank Thundercats (8-5, rank 20.93)(Last Week #13, +1)
One challenging game left on their road to the playoffs.
#13 The State of Texas Domination (8-4-1, rank 20.80)(Last Week #16, +3)
Need to win 1 of their remaining 3 to clinch.
#14 Appalachian Lycans (8-5, rank 20.40)(Last Week #10, -4)
See the State of Texas
On the Bubble
#15 Texas Tarheels (7-6, rank 19.61)(Last Week #14, -1)
#16 Mailbu Mels (5-8, rank 16.61)(Last Week #15, -1)
#17 Texas Two-Step (7-6, rank 13.53)(Last Week #17, Same)
#18 Roswell Invaders (6-7, rank 10.63)(Last Week #19, +1)
#19 Chicago Whodat’s (6-7, rank 10.08)(Last Week #20, +1)
#20 Jax Beach Juggernauts (5-7-1, rank 10.01)(Last Week #18, -1)
Even if they are not yet Mathematically eliminated, the odds are way too long
#21 The Killer Rabbits of Caerbannog (4-9, rank 8.12)(Last Week #21, Same)**
#22 Saginaw Spirit (4-9, rank 7.68)(Last Week #22, Same)**
#23 Las Vegas Outlaws (5-8, rank 7.67)(Last Week #23, Same)
#24 Visalia Paraplegics (4-9, rank 5.48)(Last Week #24, Same)
#25 Big Money Dynasty (4-9, rank 5.28)(Last Week #25, Same)
#26 South Bend ShamRockers (3-10, rank –0.46)(Last Week #26, Same)**
#27 Cleveland Buckeyes (2-11, rank –1.28) (Last Week #28, +1)**
#28 Atlanta Ducks (2-11, rank –1.31)(Last Week #27, -1) **
#29 Fresno Anarchs (2-11, rank –6.13) (Last Week #30, +1)**
#30 The River City Ransom (1-12, rank –6.83) (Last Week #29, -1)**
Maybe they think they are playing for a #1 draft pick?
#31 Big Whiskey Assassins (0-13, rank –19.69) (Last Week #31, Same)**
#32 Richmond Empire (0-13, rank –27.78) (Last Week #32, Same)**
* Clinched playoff berth
** Eliminated from playoff contention
