Last week I think I was 15-1. Again nobody else has stepped up so you get mine again.

Western Conference

Minnesota Mountain Lions at Dallas Hitmen
This is a tough game to call. Both teams are struggling. Dallas has the better defense but the have having trouble getting their offense moving. For this reason, Minnesota will steal this one in a defensive struggle.
Mountain Lions 17-13

Lakewood Lancers at Timpanogos Thunder
These teams have mirrored records. One has a loss while the other has a win. Look for that to remain as Thunder roll by the Lancers.
Thunder 60-3

Seattle Buffalo at Las Vegas Aces
Pride is on the line in this game. Both teams are on losing streaks. Something has to give. Look for the Buffalo to get dehydrated in the Vegas heat.

Montana Crow at Chicago Inferno
The Crow are seeing how many games they can possibly lose in a row before the game feels sorry for them. Add another one to the tally.

Houston Toxins at Mighty Chihuahuas
The Taco Bell Dogs are making a push to secure a home playoff spot. They have been very consistent all season. They are also on a 5 game winning streak. Houston is currently riding a 2 game losing streak. Look for both steaks to continue. Better luck next week Houston.

Long Beach Dub All-Stars at Tana River Ewoks
On paper this looks like a very good match-up. The two teams are in the top 3 for rushing offense for the conference. They both are also in the top 5 in rushing defense. Something will have to give. The teams have a little history, though most of the animosity has gone away. Long Beach is fighting for a playoff birth while the Ewoks are fighting to host a playoff game.

Possum Trot Plague at Honolulu Beach Boys
Possum Trot has played well this season. They have been challenging for a home playoff game this season. Look for those hopes to die as they travel to Honolulu. No team has yet figured out Honolulu's defense. They will remain unbeaten.

Los Angeles Express at Eugene SLUGs
Suckers, you get to be in back to back games of the week. The Slugs dropped a tough game last week. The Express are making noise, unfortunately for them it is more in the headlines than on the field. A few weeks ago, Express beat the team that just beat the Slugs. Logic would say they are the favorite in this game. This is their first of 4 tests to end the season. This game will help determine playoff seeds. Look for the Slugs to derail the Express.

Eastern Conference

Philadelphia Pigeons at Tecmo All Stars
The Pigeons have played well this season. At one point they looked to be a contender for hosting a playoff game. Those hopes have faded. They are still sitting good to make the playoffs, but this game won't help them. Tecmo outclasses them across the board.
All Stars 38-7

Ottawa Outbreak at Saint Paul Vulcans
I'm still unsure how Ottawa made it into the USA league, but they have come to play. It is a little more competitive than what they faced in Canada. Saint Paul has impressed many after joining the league. Look for them to continue their strong campaign towards the playoff with a nice win here.

Buffalo Chips at Crescent City Saints
The Saints surprised many with their upset last week. They had struggled earlier in the season. The Chips have been competitive this season. Today's game will kill their playoff hopes though. Look for the Saints to march away with the win.

FC Hezbollah at Ole Miss Rebels
The Rebels are still fighting strong in their rebuilding campaign. Hezbollah won't give them any leeway as they search for a playoff birth. This one will be as easy as shooting down a helicopter with an RPG for them.

New Jersey Blaze at New Jersey FalCoons
The battle for New Jersey. Winner gets the rights to leave. Way to go Blaze, you can find a better place to play.

Awesomeville Bearphins at New Orleans Night Trippers
Awesomeville will be looking for revenge after slipping up last week. The poor Night Trippers get to be their victims. This won't be pretty.

Tampa Bay Krakens at Sheffield Sabers
Last week the Sabers had a victory by keeping the opposition under 100 points. I don't see that happening two weeks in a row. Kraken get a good week off.

Bonita Beef Supreme at 10-Yard Fight
Both these teams are sitting on the outside looking in currently. I believe one will make the playoffs. It will be an uphill battle, but the Fight are ready for it. Look for them to take care of Bonita pretty easily.

Fine. Haha I am glad that you think that we have come to play. It is hard to Start level 13 and 14's and expect wins. But so far, Awesomeville is the only team that has REALLY Whopped us, and I am ok with that. Yes of course next week we have Tecmo, and that will probably be a stat padder for them. I think for the most part we have got this team to the point where it isn't a blowout before it starts, and that is remarkable considering where the team was when I inherited it.
