This is what I would do: Sell your equipment. Reassign it all to strength. Get str/agi to the soft caps. Train vision. Once you've done all that, you can hit shed block/strong base pretty hard. You'll want more speed too eventually.
You're definitely on the right road so far aside from the equipment bonuses being so spread out.
