Here's the playoff picture after 13 games for USA BBB #1.
The number in {brackets} next to each team is their "magic number." ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_number_%28sports%29 ) Any combination of wins by your team or losses by the team you need to finish ahead of means you clinch a playoff spot.
EASTERN CONFERENCE
1 Eleven Wise Monkeys 13-0 [CLINCHED 2nd round at home] {2 for conference title}
2 Louisville Nighthawks 12-1 [CLINCHED 1st round at home] {1 for 2nd round at home}
3 Boston Massacre 10-3 {1}
4t New York Hope 9-4 {2} (lost to NY Warriors, beat Bristol)
4t New York Warriors 9-4 {2} (beat NY Hope, lost to Bristol)
4t Bristol Bullets 9-4 {2} (lost to NY Hope, beat NY Warriors)
7 Dallas Rampage 8-5 {3}
8 Alcatraz Island Jailbreakers 7-6 {4}
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
9 TCC's Wax-Bustin Warriors 7-6 {4}
10 Miami Sharks 5-8 {6}
11 Syracuse Souls 5-8 {6}
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
12 Cleveland Firebirds 4-9 [ELIMINATED]
13 Colonial Zoners 3-10 [ELIMINATED]
14 Hartford Musician 2-11 [ELIMINATED]
15 Baltimore Knights 1-12 [ELIMINATED]
16 Richmond Retros 0-13 [ELIMINATED]
The Monkeys have clinched a top-2 finish, while Louisville clinched not just a playoff berth but also a top-4 finish with their latest win. Boston is just one win away from clinching a playoff spot, while Bristol, the Hope and the Warriors are all within striking distance of clinching as well.
At the other end, Syracuse kept themselves alive with their win, while Miami backed themselves up against the wall with an embarrasing loss to Cleveland. One more loss for Syracuse or Miami means they're out.
TCC should be getting nervous as well, since they already lost to Alcatraz and are sitting in 9th. Their next 3 games are Syracuse (toss-up), Louisville (likely loss), and Minden (likely win). Beating Syracuse is a must, since that would help them go 2-1 to finish 9-7, but they would also need Alcatraz to go 1-2 to finish 8-8. Alcatraz's next 3 games are Miami (toss-up), NY Warriors (likely loss), and Minnesota (likely win). TCC really needs Miami to upset Alcatraz, or else the Wax-Bustin' Warriors will probably be busted.
(EDIT - Fixed typo with Alcatraz's possible final record: 8-8, not 8-6.)

WESTERN CONFERENCE
1 Oklahoma City Spartans 13-0 [CLINCHED 1st rnd at home] {1 for 2nd rnd at home} {2 for conf title}
2 Los Angeles Reign 12-1 [CLINCHED PLAYOFFS] {1 for 1st rnd at home} {2 for 2nd rnd at home}
3 Over The Rhine Red Dots 11-2 [CLINCHED PLAYOFF SPOT] {2 for 1st round at home}
4 San Jose Chupacabra 10-3 [CLINCHED PLAYOFF SPOT] {3 for 1st round at home}
5 Little Haiti Voodoo 9-4 {1}
6 Florida Bulls 9-4 {1}
7 South Otto Fragile Porcelain Mice 8-5 {2}
8 Fresno Fire 7-6 L {3}
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
9 Reno Marauders 6-7 W {5}
10 Vallonia BeaverHunters 5-8 W {6}

11 Bay Area Bastards 4-9 [ELIMINATED]
12 Colorado Springs Flyers 3-10 [ELIMINATED]
13 Minden Musketeers 3-10 [ELIMINATED]
14 Minnesota Americans 2-11 [ELIMINATED]
15 Oklahoma City Outlaws 1-12 [ELIMINATED]
16 Candy Mountian Unicorns 1-12 [ELIMINATED]
The OKC Spartans clinched a top-4 finish with their win over South Otto. Next up for the Spartans is Over The Rhine in a VERY meaningful game. If the Spartans win, they clinch a top-2 finish. And on top of that, if San Jose upsets the LA Reign, the OKC Spartans will clinch the conference title as well.
Things won't get any easier for the LA Reign either... after San Jose, they face Little Haiti, then finish against a tough NY Warriors squad from the Eastern Conference. LA going 0-3 to finish 12-4 is not out of the question. But if the Reign and the Spartans both win, they'll both be guaranteed a top-2 finish.
And now I have a brain cramp from sorting all of that out.
At any rate, San Jose has finally clinched a playoff spot, and Little Haiti still needs 1 more win to clinch after their loss to San Jose.
In the meantime, Reno and Vallonia both kept themselves in the playoff race with well-timed wins.
