PQ and CE to TS or split with PF. You can use 2 for each PQ & PD if you throw deep like wise but not me.

3 PQ% between CE and AE is a must

Imo, 25%+ PQ at a minimum, doesn't matter how you get there

Tight Spiral is flat bonus to PQ that applies before PQ% modifier.

Pocket Presence reduces the effect of the pass rush and blitzes, so it also boosts PQ in a slightly different way. Just not much vs a 2 man rush, vs more against a 3 man rush and crashing CB5.

PD% is also a PQ% piece because the longer the throw, the higher the penalty to PQ there is. I'm not sure it's relevant to the game anymore because no one should be throwing 20+ yards on purpose anymore.
