Fwiw... there's nothing wrong with that QB except the wasted SAs, and maybe a VA touch up. Maybe lose a PD% for a PQ% to push past 25%, but if it's what landed in the store, and you got some extra trains in... 
Go back and count how often Look Off was actually helpful. Turn Shoulder and FG are questionable at best, when they're maxed out, and approximately worthless when they're not because of chance to fire and low effect. All those points should have gone in PP & TS. I'm not really big on Pump Fake either.
