I would spend every Pt you get now into strenght, and re-equipment equipment to strenght if you havent done so... get strenght to 50 naturally (with equipment bonus's on top of that you should have towards 65 in strenght)... this is when panckaes will start coming in... then focus on Blocking(+++), agility (30), stamina (30), and pancake SA... formula for success... trust me... my guys are putting on weight from too many pancakes.

If you focus on strenght OT/C become very rewarding players to have very quickly

^^Good tactics for getting pancakes. Can also be the path to getting your QB sacked/hurried.

As I have said before; the OTs job is keeping between the defense and the ball carrier, not knocking people over.

In light of that:

Load 2 points in strength, and 3 points into blocking every level for the next 5 levels. Train agility up to 20, then vision up to 20.

After that get strength up to 40 blocking to 50, speed to 20, agility/vision to 30, and build whichever tree is appropriate to the side of the field you are on.

Don't worry about pancakes and protect the QB.
