If you're trying to use them for the Casual tactics team that you own, you can't. You can only use the existing pre-sets or Basic tactics for a Casual team, not anything custom that you work on yourself.

The entire concept of casual is not having to do all the work associated with creating AI.
If you're doing all of that, you might as well be doing a regular team.
Aside from that, there's a option called "team sharing" that you have to enable even for team you own.
If you are looking to get the AI onto a casual team, they are apparently still accepting AI submissions for everyone to use. That's the only way for casual.
