We can collate our votes in our own team forums to get input from all our guys on our team, but then deliver 1 overall team vote

I would say only voting for your Conference too. I know that most of us don't watch the other conference nearly as close as we watch ours. Last season I went by stats alone, and not who may have made the biggest impact.
