It's just saying you can't roll one in the store, if you build your own it will still work normally.

I got a feeling RQB's aren't the ONLY ones that have certain AEQ excluded from them when shopping.

Or the chance to roll certain AEQ has been adjusted so low it rarely shows up.

Hmmmm... yeah. Just saying from decades of shopping for AEQ that there are positions that are very easy to shop for... and positions that are near impossible to get the right pieces. All this has made me consider keeping new notes (with the few old ones I have on this) about positions and shopping and maybe updating my AEQ shopping guide accordingly.

When you roll a +3 in your primary you can swoop that up and add +5 BT% to it and at least that will be some savings. Not as much as finding the +5% BT but it's something I guess. At least knowing the break tackle EQ will never show up in the store for a QB will save ppl from rolling over and over for something that will never come...

This. My rushing QBs have always started breaking more tackles right when I put on their Break Tackle +% AEQ. But I've had to build every one of those pieces -- never rolled one. But the ones I built definitely still worked.
