To be honest with you, at this point, it will be near impossible to recruit to fill a prep level team. Most teams are built together from rookie and there just aren't enough free agents out there to fill a team.
If you request demotion to rookie on your team after this season, and post now to build a rookie team next season, you will have a much better chance of having a full team. I'd offer 2 dots for a new team if you did that.

It sucks, but just not enough free agents out there to build a team other than from scratch.
If you decide to request to drop to rookie next season, I would suggest you make a new thread for Rookie season 93 looking for players and start early.. As we get closer to the end of the season, you should see the option to select your requested league for next season. Like I said, I will offer to get you started and make 2 players for you if you decide to do that..
