Have players with requested offers from CPU teams/needy teams. been waiting on offers for 3 days now. emailed support, no response. anyone else experiencing this? kinda sucks to have dots with NO team whatsoever.

Support will get back to you, might have to wait up to 10 days though. DD does his best
Yes, I have a dot sitting in limbo dying a slow death. I didn't know they don't get training points if not on a team. I knew you couldn't spend them but they should still get them. It's crazy.

Absolutely contact support. Don't know if possible but they might be able to get you those lost TP's. Can't hurt to ask.

have a friend that contacted support and says they have not contacted him back. player may have to be retired at some point. even human teams are not sending out contracts.

Support can take 7 to 10 days to respond back nowadays, but they always respond back.
I DEFINITELY would not retire any affected dots just yet. Open a Support ticket, and point them to this thread. Hopefully they can make things right.
For the future, though, I definitely wouldn't depend entirely on CPU teams and auto-offers. It's always best to play for a human owner. Are there some asshole owners? Sure. But they're in the minority, and with a little effort and a little research, you can usually figure out who they are and avoid signing with them.
If your Plan A is "Sign with a CPU-owned team," well, you need a better Plan A. That should be Plan C.

Can we talk about the fact that a 10 day return on tickets like this just can't work? Thats basically 1/3 of the regular season.

I agree.
Unfortunately, agreeing won't change it. Support at this point is DD and... well... nobody else. I doubt they make enough money at this point to justify hiring another Support agent.
GLB players at this point need to realize Support can sometimes take up to 10 days to respond, and plan accordingly. Don't walk tightropes and expect a safety net to save you at the last minute. If you know you're going to want a team move done in the off-season, put in your Support ticket on Day 20 - don't wait for Day 46. If you want an offer from a CPU team for your dot but offers aren't working and the season starts in 4 days, start looking for a human team instead and sign a 1-season deal.
I agree it sucks. It's bad customer service. You don't have to like it. But refusing to plan for it is silly at this point.

All of which begs the question, just what DOES Corndog do?

You're 100% correct...we should plan in advance. We should understand that they have more tickets than time to deal with. Those are all facts..
However..this is somethin that should fire off the DD/bort alarm....and get fixed in a day or two. A team taking a week to get reset to rookie is one thing....a dot missing 1/3 of a season is way way worse.

It all depends on how much of his time DD is dedicating to GLB at this point -- and Bort, for that matter. I've kinda gotten the feeling that DD checks the site every few days to make sure nothing has actively caught fire, and Bort really only looks at GLB whenever DD gives him a nudge and says "Shit's on fire, yo." Frustrating, but I really don't know the circumstances of DD's life. If he has a family and a full-time job that require his primary attention, he's not going to be able to watch GLB like a hawk like he did in the Golden Days.
I don't like it. But as someone whose own life resides squarely in the canyon between "should" and "can," I can tell you there's a big canyon between "should" and "can," and maybe DD is stuck in here with me. I'll let you know if I run into him.
