That's cool man. Whether you like us or not that's not my concern at the moment, my only concern is to win ball games, not to impress other people.
Besides Gronert doesn't even have any players on our team nor does he even have access to see our team tactics. He does not speak for the team nor myself, whatever his opinions are, well they are his opinions.
He may have an outlandish personality, well so do a lot of people, including yourself!
I'd honestly be lying if I didn't think for a second to actually kick him off the team right now based upon his comments here, but you know what, he still shows up to work and puts in good effort to do the tasks that I assign to him, and for that we enjoy his contributions to the team. He does some behind the scenes activities and that's his function, and he's doing it well. What he chooses to say in the forum is his business, and not really my concern.

^^^^^ For sure I know I too have an outlandish personality but I NEVER have and NEVER would be such a sore loser like this. I came down hard on Tim Harper for doing the same thing but at least that guy has done something in this league to back up stuff he says. Gronerd hasnt done shit in this league and is an ignorant fool!
