Got a lvl 69 lad

If I boost to 72 now I still get 125 xp a game till level 73 right?

Is there a disadvantage if i boost now besides the v minimal training efficiency loss?

Not really. Boost any time you want this season now you've hit level 69, as it won't affect how much XP you're going to be left with.
