If I were doing a normal INT build, I'd go tall and hit Vision first. On a team that has a long term view, I'd hit agility second. Speed would be 3rd, ending the the low 90s.
That being said, on my latest INT CB, I hit Jumping first, but got out early. The object of that build was to get 4 attributes in the 90s. Granted it changed course a bit, but so far, doing ok...

Not entirely off topic but...
This will be the last INT CB I ever do. I don't think that getting 1 INT every other game is worth giving up all the run defense a HH build brings. KLs might not be as flashy, but they get the job done.
