For the combo setting, does the rusher choose either evasive or power before the snap and sticks with that one throughout, or does the player use both at the same time throughout the play? Thanks.
I imagine it would choose on a tic by tic basis. If speed and evasive is working then it'll stick with it. If it encounters a HB along the way that can't block and has less strength than it (the dot) does, then it'd switch to power and simply steamroll the HB.
